Accepted Waste Streams
The Buffalo Waste Management Facility holds NYSDEC 360 permitting, allowing it to accept the following non-hazardous and conditionally exempt waste types:
- Non-hazardous bulk industrial liquid wastes
- Non-hazardous bulk industrial solid wastes
- Used oil (bulk)
- Containerized used oil and gasoline mixtures
- Household hazardous waste from Conditionally Exempt Small Quantity Generators (CESQG)
- Universal wastes
- Asbestos wastes
