Ultra-high-pressure water delivers unmatched performance for surface prep and cleaning. Using the Husky 55,000 psi pump from Flow International, we generate up to 55,000 psi with an amazingly low volume of water (3–6.5 gpm, vs. 10–20 gpm for other hydroblasters). We’re the only company in the Carolinas offering 55K — while most others top out at 40K — which cuts downtime when cleaning industrial equipment and plants. Centrally located and fully mobile, we bring our systems to customers across the country.

Heat exchangers are tricky to clean without causing damage. Working with Flow International and Stone Age Tools, we designed a hydro lance that gets it right. We offer the only automatic lancing machine in existence, operated by highly trained technicians — running at 55,000 psi for 30% higher efficiency than standard 40,000 psi tools. Faster completion, less downtime, lower water-disposal cost.

Decades of proven experience cleaning production equipment and process systems — glue pits, polymer mixing tanks, curing vats, conveyance pipes, heat exchangers, and paint booths — plus general housekeeping on floors, walls, and pipes. In open or confined spaces, we handle the toughest jobs with nothing but water, removing product buildup without the cost, hazards, and labor of chemicals or abrasives. The result: less downtime, lower maintenance costs, and safer working conditions.

Our versatile wet/dry industrial vacuum trucks make spill cleanup efficient and cost-effective — wet or dry material, at plants, on job sites, or on the road. When we’re finished, we test affected soils, and if needed we remove contaminated material, backfill, and replant. We handle spills like fuel, motor oil and bulk lubricants, hydraulic fluid, sawdust, and farm products such as corn and grain.

Our fleet of vacuum trucks offers state-of-the-art mobile wet/dry vacuum technology. Our Super Products Super Sucker’s modular design delivers heavy-duty vacuum and superior airflow. From pipeline rehabilitation to vacuum excavation to wet-material recovery, we serve paper and pulp processors, chemical plants, power plants, fiber and textile mills, concrete factories, steel mills, and more. When we’re done, we haul the debris away.
