Robb Schreck
Chief Executive Officer
Robb Schreck, Chief Executive Officer of Miller Environmental Group Inc. (MEG) brings over 30 years of experience leading growth strategies and driving operational excellence at business services companies. Previously, he served as the CEO of an environmental and emergency services provider in the eastern United States, where he played a crucial role in the company’s development from 2019 through its sale in 2024.
Additionally, he held senior leadership positions at Elior North America, Ingersoll Rand, and Schindler Elevator Corporation. He leverages his diversified experience to execute growth strategies, both organic and acquisitions, coupled with an operational excellence approach to maximize business performance. Developing high-performing and engaging teams is a priority in his leadership approach.
Robb holds a BBA in Accounting from Niagara University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Jerry Coogan
Chief Operating Officer
Jerry Coogan, Chief Operating Officer of Miller Environmental Group, Inc. (MEG) brings over 25 years of environmental services experience. Jerry has worked through the many positions within Miller Environmental, serving in field operations, managerial, and executive capacities prior to taking on the top leadership position at the company. Given his decades of experience and contributions to the company, Jerry has developed an expansive, in-depth knowledge of every aspect of the environmental products and services industry including emergency response, site assessment, decontamination, and waste characterization, transportation, & disposal, as well as the related fields of Health and Safety, Environmental Compliance, Operations Management, Emergency Management, and Incident Command Systems. Under Jerry’s leadership, Miller Environmental Group, Inc. operation’s team has expanded into a geographic footprint consisting of 30 locations in 13 states providing premier services to a client base that spans the entire continental US. Additionally, Jerry has infused the entire MEG organization with a professional tenured management team with a corporate culture that puts employee safety above all else and a reverence for exceeding client expectations with each and every job performed. Through his work with GenNx360, MEG’s parent company, Jerry and team have developed and executed plans to make strategic investments, build value, and deliver on commitments to stakeholders.
Onna O’Meara
Chief Human Resources Officer
Onna O’Meara, Chief Human Resources Officer for Miller Environmental Group, brings over 15 years of experience leading human resources strategy in high-growth, field-based service industries. She has held senior HR leadership roles across various industries such as telecommunications, construction, retail and logistics where she focused on building scalable people programs, strengthening culture, and driving performance through aligned talent strategies.
Prior to joining MEG, Onna served as Chief People Officer for Vertex Service Partners where she led initiatives across talent acquisition, HR operations, talent development, engagement, and M&A integration. She brings deep expertise in supporting multi-location businesses and implementing systems that drive employee performance, retention and operational efficiency.
Onna holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, where she was a Division I NCAA rowing champion, and an MBA from San Francisco State University. She is also SHRM-SCP certified and holds multiple leadership assessment certifications.
Matt Conway
Chief Commercial Officer
Matt Conway, Chief Commercial Officer of Miller Environmental Group Inc. (MEG) brings over 20 years of experience leading commercial strategies and growing business services companies. Previously, he served as the Chief Sales Officer of Advanced Technology Services (ATS), the leading industrial maintenance and reliability company, from 2021 to 2025 responsible for all aspects of the commercial organization, including revenue, pricing, sales operations, and sales engineering.
Prior to ATS, Matt was the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the Americas at Element Material Technologies, the Vice President of Sales for Secure Destruction at Iron Mountain and held multiple positions over 12 years with the company. Matt is a data driven go-to market strategist, who has focused on exceeding growth expectations through a multi-faceted approach to sales, pricing, marketing, and building successful teams stretching from inside sales to strategic accounts.
Matt holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross and was a four year member of the hockey team.
Greg Tobben
Vice President of National Solutions
Greg Tobben brings more than 20 years of environmental industry experience to his role as Vice President of National Solutions at Miller Environmental Group (MEG). Greg built his expertise from the ground up, progressing steadily at MEG through field work, treatment, storage and disposal facility (TSDF) operations, and branch and regional management: all this before transitioning into sales and business development.
Greg joined the National Solutions team in 2019, stepping into a leadership role, where he leverages his deep operational background and client-facing experience to cultivate strong, lasting relationships with both clients and MEG’s extensive vendor network. His firsthand knowledge of how environmental work gets done at every level allows him to deliver streamlined, practical solutions that make doing business with MEG easier for clients nationwide.
Greg holds a Bachelor of Science in Mass Media from Missouri State University and a Master of Arts in Broadcast Journalism from Syracuse University.
Mike Folan
Vice President, EH&S and Compliance
Mike Folan is a seasoned environmental, health, and safety executive with more than twenty years of experience leading safety, compliance, and industrial hygiene programs across large, multi‑state environmental service operations. He oversees MEG’s environmental, health, and safety strategy; regulatory compliance programs; and companywide fleet and transportation‑compliance initiatives. His work centers on strengthening field safety performance, advancing risk‑reduction practices, and ensuring alignment with federal and state motor‑carrier and environmental regulations.
Before joining MEG, Mike served in senior leadership roles at HEPACO, LLC, including Vice President of Health, Safety & Environment, where he guided nationwide EHS operations and supported high‑risk emergency response and remediation work. His earlier scientific and technical experience with Ecology and Environment, Inc. and ChemRisk (Stantec ChemRisk) provided a strong foundation in exposure assessment, risk evaluation, and environmental investigation.
Mike holds an MSPH in Environmental Science and Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a BS in Environmental Science from the University of San Francisco, and maintains CIH and CHMM certifications.
